Wedding in Poole at Harbour Heights Hotel
Whilst the world turned its eye to the big royal wedding we had more important matters to attend to at a Wedding in Poole at Harbour Heights Hotel. Darrin and Karen are a welcoming, friendly couple of very different proportions. They live in Poole, Dorset with two gorgeous children, Charlie and Tom (great name!) and a cat called Dave!
In all the years we have been taking photographs we have never seen anyone so calm and relaxed in the weeks before their wedding. If it wasn’t for the occasional list and strategically placed post-it note around the house you wouldn’t have known what these two were planning.

Karen’s stunning dress had been made by her good friend Teresa Williams. Who we hope fulfils her dream of supplying more brides with beautiful couture gowns. The sea of tasty cupcakes had been made by Darrin’s mother and sister.
Wedding Evening in Poole at Harbour Heights Hotel
To finish a great day full of love Darrin and Karen had learnt a choreographed routine to Sinatra’s ‘Fly me to the moon’. They executed it perfectly to the whoops of awe from their guests. They then did away with the ‘traditional’ wedding cheesy music and opted for some floor filling uplifting dance tracks. It was great to see everyone dancing the night away with a smile on their face.
Yet again another wedding forecast to rain brought a blazing hot day wedding in Poole at Harbour Heights.
