Louise & Daniel’s Walton Castle Wedding Photographs – April 2017

“We haven’t even seen our wedding photos yet but we already know we can give Tom and Murray a 5* review!

These two were fantastic and all our guests have commented on how they really were part of the day. They put everyone at ease and judged each situation perfectly. Grandma thinks they are perfect gentlemen, Best Men have new mates and little sister won’t walk down any steps without Tom’s hand!

Truly great at what they do and nothing is too much trouble. Forget old fashioned wedding photographers who make you line up for hours on end with forced smiles on your face, hire these two, relax and let them capture the magic.

Thank you Tom and Murray, we’ve already recommended you to everyone we’ve spoken to!”

“These guys are simply amazing at what they do. On the day they were hilarious and I felt so at ease with them because in all honesty I forgot they were there!

The pictures arrived on a memory stick beautifully presented and both my husband and I were taken back to the day, they were better than we could ever have expected and encapsulated the day perfectly. We even got to see pictures of things we missed.

These lifelong photos will forever be treasured and we can continue to share them with our children as our grandparents and parents have theirs.

Thank you so much.”

“Tom and Murray were not just our wedding photographers, they were a genuine part of our wedding day. They are fantastic guys with a great sense of humour and as well as taking truly stunning photos of our wedding they were an absolute joy to be around.

They went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for the pair of them. They are down to earth, genuine and incredibly good at their job. Our guests commented on how professional and friendly they were as well and in particular, I was touched by how they said personal goodbyes to us and our guests at the end of the day.

I cannot recommend them enough, they are world-class and I only have good things to say about them both. True gentleman with passion and love for what they do, just brilliant!”

Guests and newlyweds with sparklers in garden at Bournemouth Hotel Wedding“Tom and Murray offer so much more than wedding photos, they go above and beyond the make the whole build up enjoyable and stress free so that it’s a journey. They fit in to the day itself perfectly, so much so that guests have asked how they are doing and mentioned how lovely it was to meet them.

The amount of work and effort that goes into their service is like no other. We have thoroughly enjoyed this whole experience, from our first meet and greet where we were instantly put at ease, to our Longleat and pub visit and of course the big day itself where we couldn’t have been happier for them to be there as they truly feel like friends to us both now.

“Thank you so much to One Thousand Words for the absolutely stunning photographs of our wedding.

You guys have captured perfectly the fun and happy atmosphere of the day and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Right from the start you were brilliant, attentively answering all our questions, completely putting us at ease for our pre-wedding shoot and even managing to get my husband, who hates having his photo taken, laughing out loud!

You were so professional, we could tell you had done this a million times before but you still made us feel so special.
Our guests haven’t stopped raving about how wonderful you were on the day, making everyone smile at the reception and going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly - including rearranging the train of my dress countless times!

Everyone is still talking about how beautiful the photographs are and we are so happy that we chose you to capture our day so we can look fondly back at the memories.

I couldn’t recommend One Thousand Words more, they were incredible, thank you guys!”

Joe & Jo’s Berkshire Wedding Photographs – January 2016

Old Mill Wedding Venue in Berkshire couple photograph“We’ve been blown away by the photos Tom and Murray took of our wedding day. Our whole experience with them has been awesome.

During the morning, when getting ready, these guys captured the buzz brilliantly. You can tell they have done this hundreds of times before, as they certainly know the drill, keeping our nerves in check while they take everything in their stride with their relaxed attitude and good sense of humour.
Then, throughout the ceremony and reception, Tom and Murray worked together amazingly. Most of the time, you wouldn’t even know they were there, but between them they have managed to capture the big moments with split-second precision, and all manner of other tiny details that you wouldn’t even think about yourself, but which capture the happiness of the day and all of our friends and family beautifully.

To see the quality of the final photos has been incredible and we keep looking at them again and again.

We would recommend them to anyone.

Great work, thanks guys! It was a pleasure to have you there.”

Dorset Wedding Photographs of first kiss

“We were delighted with the service you provided us. We wanted photographs with a natural and casual look, nothing too stylised, and in keeping with the mood of our wedding. That is precisely what we got.

You were both very easy to deal with throughout, unobtrusive and undemanding on the day, allowing us to forget about the photography and concentrate on having a great time. The images we got were of excellent quality, varied, and provide an accurate record of all the fun we had. Well worth the money.”

Bride and Groom in Purbeck House Hotel wedding pergola“One Thousand Words - from the moment we met, you put us instantly at ease and we knew that you would be amazing wedding photographers. You didn’t let us down! Our guests, both young and old, commented during the day (and are still commenting) on how well you fitted in.

Tom and Murray, you have captured some incredible images which will allow us to relive our wedding over and over again. Neither Robin or myself like having our photo taken but that wasn’t an issue. At no point were we asked to waste time posing for staged photos yet we have ended up with hundreds (literally hundreds) of fantastic images that we can’t stop looking through! Thank you so much - we recommend you 100x over”
