Where do I start? I had the pleasure of meeting Tom and Murray at my best friend’s wedding. I loved the way they felt part of the wedding party, and the quality of the photographs they produced for my best friend’s wedding were exceptional.
I got engaged in May 2018 and had no doubt that I wanted to use One Thousand Words for our wedding. We were initially planning to get married in May 2020, then November 2020 and due to Covid both weddings were cancelled. Tom and Murray could not have been more supportive during this really difficult time – I knew I’d made the right decision in choosing them as our wedding photographers – but they are both so much photographers.
Our wedding finally took place in November 2021 and our photographs are just stunning. It’s hard to find the words to describe how great they are. They have such a great approach to how they engage and interact with people, they feel like part of the family. This is not your standard, you stand here or there. They capture feelings. They capture personalities and on showing my photos to friends and family they have said they can feel the joy and happiness in the photos coming through. And they are so funny!
