Italian Villa Wedding Venue Photos with Tash and Phil
We started our day at Wareham Forest Lodge retreat where Tash and her bridesmaids had spent the night. All was calm as hair and make-up was styled. Flowers arrived from Hillview Flowers and it all began to get real. First into their dresses were the bridesmaids. They wore baby blue Grecian dresses with lace details. Soon the wedding car was waiting outside. Tash was into her dress and came out to see the father who had been waiting patiently.

Meanwhile at the Italian Villa Phil arrived with his groomsmen and daughter who had the job of flower girl. They checked on the final details and greeted guests as they arrived. It was an intimate civil ceremony in the Medici Suite atop the Italian villa. Tash and Phil made their promises to one another and exchanged rings. With the paperwork taken care of they joined their guests in the Italian garden for a drinks reception. The guests were not short of entertainment as one of the bridesmaids sang accompanied by an acoustic guitarist. James Maidment magician performed close up magic while his wife Becky from Thompson films captured it on video. We stole the happy couple away during the drinks reception and took them for a stroll around the rock and water gardens.

After returning them to their guests in the Italian garden the newly weds greeted the guests in a receiving line as they took their places for the wedding breakfast. With everyone in place Paul then introduced all the members of the bridal party saving the new Mr and Mrs for last, which obviously brought the loudest of cheers. It was great to work with Paul the Party DJ Taylor again in his master of ceremonies role. Throughout the day he acted as a guide to the day’s proceedings. The mother of the bride kicked off the speeches with stories of her daughter’s life so far with words of welcome for her new son in law. Phil then gave many words of thanks and adoration for his new wife. Phil’s best man finished off with one or two jokes at Phil’s expense.

After everyone had enjoyed their wedding breakfast provided by Beales Gourmet Catering it was time to cut the cake. Guest next headed downstairs to the Siena Suite in anticipation for the first dance. After the newly weds had completed their first dance as husband and wife many of the guests joined them. Alternatively guests had a Photo booth from Photo Booth Bournemouth to keep them entertained. After some refreshments there was a Mrs and Mrs game orchestrated by Paul. The newly weds again found themselves at the center of the dance floor. We were witness to some amazing dance floor shapes, flossing and even some questionable dancing to the baby shark song. This was clearly our cue to leave the party!
